I am a journalist based in Iloilo City and I am writing to your esteemed office to request a copy of the Revised Environmental Impact Statement Report (EIS) and Executive Summary for the Public of the proposed Panay-Guimaras-Negros (PGN) Island Bridges project of the Department of Public Works and Highways (DPWH).
