Good day, I would like to request for information on the rate of reversal of verdict on appeal of criminal cases. Specifically, I would like to ask for any available data, statistics or research that you may have regarding the number of appeals that your office has filed in criminal cases that resulted to the reversal of the verdict? While I indicated a particular period in my request any information that you have on this matter regardless of the year would be greatly appreciated. Hoping for your favorable response. Thank you
