Good day to your good office sir I just want to know if I need to undergo for refresher training to revalidate my bt certificate for cop, even if I have a necessary documents coming from my last vessel assignment such as attestation Letter and shipboard training plan as they needed, I need immediately response so I can make a necessary action for not wasting of time.
