October 6, 2021 Dear Rhia Garcia, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 03, 2021 09:58:55 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for RETENTION OF RECORDS IN CLINICAL LABORATORY. Response to Request Based on the DOH approved Record Disposition Schedule, Clinical Laboratory Test for In-patient have 10 years retention period while for Out-patient is 7 years. You may refer to DOH-RDH or to the agency RDS. Thank you! Your right to request a review If you are not satisfied with the result of the review, you then have the right to appeal to the Office of the President under Administrative Order No. 22 (s. 2011).
