I'm Carlos Tayag, an intern at PAPA Securities. I'm currently working on the Summary of guidelines for quarantine restrictions, and I want to ask about the following details:

What are the restrictions for Railways (MRT, LRT, PNR) during Alert level 1 to 5? Only data on the internet is for Alert level 4, which is 30% capacity

What are the restrictions for Maritime for Alert level 1 to 5?

What are the restrictions for Aviation/Airports for Alert level 1 to 5?
