Good day.:) It was discussed that they are various resources that need to be studies to guide the implementation of the Mandanas-Garcia Ruling in the LGUs. Our PDAO office is not yet officially created but we are working on it, we want to hit the ground ruling as the Navy Seals are advised to do, for our persons with disability sector in our town. Can you send us a complete set of resources so we can fully participate in it? Thank you so much. Your help is greatly appreciated
