We regret to inform you that there are currently no resolutions or official documents pertaining to the declaration of Escolta as a Heritage Zone within our records.
Nonetheless, we understand your need for information about Escolta's cultural significance and are committed to assisting you to the best of our abilities. In lieu of the specific resolutions you requested, we can provide you with a list of marked important cultural properties in the Escolta area. Additionally, we recommend that you contact the Department of Tourism, Culture, and Arts of the City of Manila Local Government Unit (LGU) to inquire about their future plans and initiatives related to the preservation and development of Escolta as a heritage area.
