Hi, I am the counsel of the Petitioner the Petition for Review entitled Commonwealth Insurance Company versus Manuela Battad. Promulgated sometime October 2011. We need a copy of the Resolution since the order of the SOJ in the said resolution was not implemented by the concerned prosecution office. The resolution directed the city prosecutor to withdraw the Information but as of now the case is still in the archive.
Thank you in advance.

It was filed sometime in 2009 as a Petition for Review from the Resolution of the OCP Mandaluyong and the Resolution for the Petition was issued in October 2011; INV-SLIP No. 07-73263-J entitled Commonwealth Insurance Corporation represented by Romeo Diolata vs. Manuela Battad in the OCP. I have no record of the case anymore. Thats all the data i have.
