Hi. I would like to request for information regarding: 1. Can a government employee resign while under suspension? Suspension started on April 17 while resignation letter was initially sent via email on April 24, hard copy was sent on April 25. 2. Will all the back pay, separation pay, unused SL for past years will be forfeited because of suspension and resignation while under suspension? Investigation period including internal hearing to explain to the committee of the company what happened up to the serving of suspension notice took more or less 8 months. 3. Will I be given clearance?
