Good day! I would like to request for the following documents/information: 1. Legal basis for the creation of I-ACT including its operationalization, composition, powers and functions/mandates, jurisdictions. 2. Other issuances, circulars, memorandum, department orders, City/Barangay/MMDA/MMC Ordinances, etc relating to enforcement of traffic laws along EDSA. Thank you and more power!
