Hi I would like to request a reschedule a DFA appointment for passport appointment : Appointment number 00142023081500384 Original date: August 15, 2023 Tuesday 15:00-16:00 Desired date to reschedule: August 31,2023 Thursday 14:00-15:00 Reason for rescheduling: I just had my surgery yesterday due to fistula anal. My stitches were would bleed every time I stand. Hoping for your kind consideration.
