September 13, 2018 Dear Ivy Ann Abaño, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Aug 29, 2018 10:59:40 AM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Requirements when claiming benefits of a deceased retiree. Response to Request Your FOI request is approved. I enclose a copy of the information you requested. Please see the response of our Human Resource Management Department (HRMD) below. "Please be informed that on August 30, 2018, Aemra Death Benefit claim has been released to Ms. Mary Ann Abaño, niece of the late Mr. Feliciano Manahan. Attached is a copy of receiving from the checking unit. All other requirements for the GSIS claims of Manahan has already been discussed to Ms. Abaño, Thanks".
