Thank you for your request dated Jun 08, 2023 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch.

You asked for Requirements for my new work.
Response to your request
In reply, please be informed that you as a requesting party shall attach two (2) valid government issued I.D.s in your request as proof of your identity.
On your Request, please be guided of the following:
1. TIN Verification - you can now retrieve your Taxpayer
Identification Number (TIN) and Revenue District Office
(RDO) Code through Revie’s TIN Inquiry Module. Revie
can be accessed on the BIR website at
https://www.bir.gov.ph.
2. BIR Form No. 2316 for Calendar Year 2021 to 2022 -
such request can be obtained through her employer as
they are obligated to furnish every employee a copy
thereof as a proof of taxes withheld which shall serve as
an Annual Income Tax Return of the latter according to
Revenue Regulation 2-98, as amended.
