I refer to my letter of Feb 04, 2020 12:48:48 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Requirements for Ground Handling Operation in the Philippines.
In order for us to work further on your request, we need more information from you regarding your query.
It has been recently discovered that a number requests were not responded to due to technical error. In line thereof we are soliciting from all the requesting parties if they are still interested in receiving our reply to their respective queries.
Thereafter, this Office will coordinate/refer your request to the proper unit/s for their appropriate action. This Office will then apprise you of the response of the said units.
During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Feb 04, 2022 08:26:00 AM, your request will be closed.

Dear Jm,
I refer to my letter of Nov 12, 2021 about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Requirements for Ground Handling Operation in the Philippines. In particular, I had requested specific information for you to clarify upon in order for us to proceed with the request.
As we have not received a reply within the 60-day working period since the letter requesting for clarification was sent out, we regret to inform you that this request will be closed as of Feb 04, 2022.
You may wish to submit a new request describing the specific information you are looking for, and we will be able to consider it under the guidelines as stated in Executive Order No. 2.
Your right to request a review
If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to or visiting our central office. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
