Good day! I would like to request to deliver my national ID again. When I tracked my National ID, the last status was "refusal on 2/9/2023 2:37:23 PM)". I didn't received my National ID on the said date and time. This is my transaction number 72254243790130520210729072742 and my name is Amie C. Pacaña. My sister-in-law and my brother have applied on the same day and they already got their national ID except me. Therefore, I am humbly requesting for delivering of my national ID again. I do really appreciate you reading this message and am hoping for your kind consideration. Thank you!
