Dear Sir/Madam, Good day! I hereby personally write this letter of request pertaining on NCIP Certificate (Philippine navy MBC). Whereas, the last requirement that I need in order to complete my application form. As I have the passion and courage to become part of the Philippine Navy with full of determination and faith for our homeland. Your prompt action is greatly appreciated.
