Hi I am Mary Ann M. Aldecoa. I would like to request for my NSTP serial number from my former school Integrated Innovation and Hospitality Colleges, INC. school year 2014-2015. My Current school Quezon City University is requesting for my NSTP serial no. which they want me to submit it to them. For academic purposes only. Thank you!

March 23, 2021 Dear Mary Ann Aldecoa, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 18, 2021 06:02:12 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Requesting for NSTP serial no.. Please be advised that per Implementing Rules and Regulations of the Republic Act No. 9163 or “National Service Training Program (NSTP) Act of 2001”, the Higher Education Institution (or your school) is responsible for securing the NSTP serial number upon submission of the NSTP Enrollment List and request letter, duly signed by the NSTP Director and/or registrar. Given these, may we advise you to contact your school registrar where you finished your NSTP to help you on this matter. Thank you. Respectfully, FOI Officer
