Purpose: All my contacts got an sms blast from this number, when I tried calling it no one is picking up.

Hi! All my contacts received an SMS Blast from this number 09978172549. I have no idea who owns the number. I tried calling them but no one is picking up. According to the sms they sent, the recipients are my co-maker for a loan. I have no idea about this company and they are not responding.
