October 1, 2021 Dear Gatpo Babe Lou, I refer to my letter of Sep 30, 2021 10:43:06 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Requesting for financial assistant due to covid positive. Pursuant to Section 4 (1.1) of the PCSO People’s Freedom of Information Manual, kindly provide us a valid proof of identification. You may upload in your eFOi portal account a valid proof of identification. Further, please be informed that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Dec 24, 2021 01:26:43 AM, your request will be closed.
