Hi, I would like to request for the following documents in relation to the Panguil Bay Bridge Project: 1. BAC Resolution recommending the awarding of the Panguil Bay Bridge Project (Contract ID No. 18Z00026 entitled Design -Build for the Construction of Panguil Bay Bridge Project under the Korea Export-Import Bank-Economic Development Cooperation Fund (KEDCF), Loan Agreement No. Phl-18) to Namkwang-Kukdong-Gumgwang JV, dated November 14, 2019. 2. Contract Agreement between Namkwang-Kukdong-Gumgwang JV and DPWH for the Design -Build for the Construction of Panguil Bay Bridge Project (18Z00026)

Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the information/data needed and the purpose of your request. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided.
