Good Day! We would like to request for custom's reconsideration for our package to be release without paying penalty 10500 php . It took us a month before we receive OMB certification due to ECQ and skeletal schedule which took over 15 days in custom's and not to release our package. We did not fail to update everyday emails and calls. OIC in customs already approved our request but already not acknowledge. We would like to ask for your assistance to give us an approval for our request. Hoping for your kind and consideration.
