Hi, ako po ay ng hihingi ng certified through copy ng mga complaint kay Mr. Ethan C. Noval sa pamunuan ng Barangay 99 Zone 8 District 1 Manila. Ako po ay ilang beses ng nag punta sa barangay subalit ang Barangay Chairman na si Mr. Jaime Wycoco at Sec. Elma Nollas ay ayaw akong bigyan ng copy. Ang certified through copy po ay gagamiting evidence sa administrative case laban kay Chairman Jaime Wycoco sa City Council ng Maynila. Maraming salamat sa jnyong tulong! Lubos na gumagalang.
