Good day ma'am sir!!!! Nais ko po sanang mag request ng certificate sa dole kasi po nag apply po ako sa sss ng unemployment benefit po. Wala na po ako work sa ngayon sir ma'am . Nais ko po sanang mag loan para sa panimula sa negosyo almost one year na po wala akong trabaho sa dahilan po sa sitwasyon natin ngayon sa covid 19.maraming salamat po ....GOD BLESS..

March 27, 2021 Dear Rubilyn Edel, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 26, 2021 07:59:36 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. You asked for Requesting certification on sss unemployment benefit.. As per DOLE Department Circular No. 01 s. 2019, Guidelines in the issuance of DOLE Certification as a requirement for Application of Payment of Unemployment insurance or Involuntary Separation by the SSS, the certification shall be issued by the DOLE Regional or Field Office having jurisdiction to your company.
