Hi! I and a group of people transacted with an online seller via a social media marketplace. They failed to deliver the items we bought from them and have not yet refunded us in full. They currently owe us more than 30,000PHP and, to this day, refuse to pay back the amount. They also refuse to communicate with us regularly. We have compiled a list of our statements/proof of transaction with this seller plus their possible identity, but we need help verifying if it's really them. Please let us know how to proceed!
