Good day! I would like to request a DOJ or RTC 13 page court decision, presided by Judge Analie Oga-Brual involving the person named Rovic Canono and his mistress Joanna Mariz Manuel who is recently convicted of concubinage to act as a basis and support for argument in a debate.

Response to Request Unfortunately, your FOI request is respectfully denied. The release and publication of court decisions do not fall under the purview of the Department’s mandate. You may coordinate directly with the Office of the Clerk of Court of Manila Regional Trial Court. Your right to request a review.
