Thank you for your request dated Mar 26, 2021 01:26:54 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch for an update of your DOLE-AKAP Application. OWWA Verification System shows that you applied online on January 14, 2021 and was evaluated by DOLE-AKAP of OWWA 7 as PENDING because your name in the list of UWIANNA database, upon verification, show that your OWWA membership status is Inactive; no submission of the following: (1) OEC or valid employment contract, (2) valid passport and (3) proof of arrival in the Philippines.
