I am Aiben Eltagunde from Fadi a Globe Telecom contractor with office address at 878-B H. Abellana St. Brgy. Canduman, Mandaue City, Cebu. We would like to request a Working Certification in your good office for Pole Erection for Cable Aerial Installation along the public road of Pan-Philippine Hi-way, from Barangay Cag-Olango going to Brgy. Malaga, in  Calbayog City, Samar. This is to provide for telecommunication facilities and services in the area for public use.
