Dear Sir/Madam: This request is due to PCSO marketing Ms.Estrella no response on email at all. On March 16,2020 during the checking of Ultra Lotto Ticket at Lotto Outlet in Brgy.Cabu Cabanatuan City Nueva Ecija,the ticket held by lotto attendant showed us our prize is P1Million but she bring it 1st to boss inside room,then the boss give us the claim ticket.We bring it to PCSO cabanatuan but it’s only 100k.Frustrated and no choice my mother get it.However,when we go back to ticket outlet THEY ANNOUNCED 1Million in their Board.Is it possible they swap our prize to their commision?
