Request to expedite/escalate issue about PLDT’s issue on Slow Internet. A noticeable slow to no internet is being experiences by users here in the province of Palawan. We’re users who are working/studying from home and needs a decent speed of internet. It has been more than a week since the issue began wherein we cannot perform simple tasks due to the slow internet. I hope this gets expedited/escalated to mitigate the issue asap as we’re moving towards a new normal and the internet providers should at least keep up to our needs especially those who are in provinces.
