Unfortunately, the DSWD does not have the information you need. Thus, we are constrained to deny your request.

It is the Department of Health (DOH) that may have the data you require. The DOH is the principal health agency in the Philippines. The primary function of the Department is the promotion, protection, preservation or restoration of the health of the people through the provision and delivery of health services and through the regulation and encouragement of providers of health goods and services including. Hence, you may wish to direct your request to the DOH by submitting a request to the DOH via this portal. Your right to request a review
