Good day.
Hi, I graduated in Eastern Quezon College last March 2016 and I planned to continue my study this year in National Teachers College but the school that I intent to go ask for the Special Order Number in my Transcript of Record (TOR). Please help me with this matter since I am not covered by the K to 12 Basic Education Program and I think the abovementioned school is operational this pandemic.
