Hi! This is Liza Planca I would like to request my NSTP 1 and 2 Serial Number. I already taken this subjects way back School Year 2019-2020 at The National Teachers College. During Pandemic i transferred to Pamantasan ng Lungsod ng Maynila in order that NSTP will be credited they are requesting to have my NSTP serial number . Would that be possible to process my request? This will be needed on June 2022 . Thank you!

Hello, once again Greetings CHED. I already coordinated to National Teachers College specially direct on our NSTP coordinator i emailed him a year ago, even i follow him up. If there is an update on my request, they said on the email they already request in on the CHED its almost one year since i wait for them to get my NSTP serial number. Hope you can help me to process with this, the nstp serial number will help me to accredit my nstp subject back on school year 2019-2020. Thanks CHED
