Hi. Good Day! I am RYAN NINO ORO VILLANUEVA. I would like to request for my AFP Reserve Serial Number so that I am exempted in my NROTC COURSE this semester and so that I can add new subject replaced to ROTC. I already finished NROTC at Solis Institute of Technology last year 2015. I have my completion certificate but serial number is not indicated. I enrolled in other school now they want me to show the serial number of my certificate in order for me to be exempted. Hope you help me. Thank you and Godbless.
September 21, 2021 Dear Ryan Nino, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Sep 21, 2021 under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your request You asked for REQUEST OF MY AFP RESERVIST SERIAL NUMBER. Response to your request We regret to inform you that this is not a valid FOI Request. You may proceed to or call your school/ROTC unit/Reserve Center where you finished your ROTC program. Present your authenticated Certificate of Completion to the Admin and Personnel Officer of the unit to retrieve your records and/or the Special/General Orders indicating your Name and AFP reservist serial number. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response, and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
