request a financial assistance for covid patient. He is a senior citizen with an age of 69 years old. He's been admitted since feb 27 because he was experiencing all the symptoms and then the test result came positive. We need help about that financially. Aside from just covid, he also got tuberculosis that left some minor damages such as holes in lungs.

March 9, 2021 Dear Dexter Keh, Greetings! Thank you for your request dated Mar 08, 2021 08:55:11 PM under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch. Your Request You asked for Request of financial assistance for Covid patient. Response to Request We were able to determine that this particular information is already available online and therefore cannot be counted as a valid FOI request. You may retrieve your requested information from https://www.pcso.gov.ph/ProgramsAndServices/CAD/MedicalAccessProgram.aspx and https://www.pcso.gov.ph/webapps/NCROnlineApplication.aspx for NCR online application. In addition, we wish to inform you that the coverage of financial assistance under the PCSO Medical Assistance Program is for hospital confinement, chemotherapy and dialysis requests. Application for assistance shall depend upon the location of the health facility where the patient is being managed/treated. For facilities within Metro Manila, assistance is processed through online application at the PCSO Official Website. Please go to , find the E-Services tab and click on the NCR Online Application for Medical Assistance. For those in the provinces, either proceed directly to the servicing PCSO Branch Office or coordinate first with the Medical Social Services or Billing Department of the facility, if applicable, to inquire on the specific process, as procedures vary between Branch Offices. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to .
