Good day! I would like to request this following documents: 1. Number of persons experiencing Kidney Disease for the year 2016-latest. 2. Statistics showing the age groups, and those who are undergoing Hemodialysis and Peritoneal Dialysis 3. Number of deaths due to CKD and other Kidney Disease 4. What are the problems that our country is facing regarding Kidney Disease and Treatment? 5. Is there another proposal of having a New Hospital specializing in Kidney Disease, Treatment and Transplant? If yes, what is the desired location for the project?
