I'm Justine Joycee Aliganga, a 4th yr architecture student from Cebu Institute of Technology- University, I am currently undertaking an undergraduate thesis study which will be located in San Fernando, Cebu, Philippines. I would like to request a complete soft copy of the latest Comprehensive Land Use Plan (CLUP), Comprehensive Development Plan (CDP), and Zoning Ordinance of San Fernando, Cebu, Philippines.
