Good day. I am a MBA Student from FEU-Makati, taking up the course, Strategic Management. I would like to request the following data needed in my study:

1. Number of Public and Private Commuters (EDSA, Ayala-Ave, Mckinley, Kalayaan-Buendia & Pasong Tamo-Pasay Road)

2. Average Cost of Traffic Congestion per day per capita

3. Occupied and Unoccupied Land in Ayala Business District & in Fort Bonifacio (BGC, Uptown, Grand Central and South Forbes)
