RE: Scarcity of jail personnels medical and guards

Given that the ideal 1:80 ratio on medical personnels is not being followed, is the quality of service being affected by this?

One guard is tasked to look after hundreds of PDL due to the scarcity, are there new challenges that the guards faced during this time of the pandemic?
