Hi !  would like  to request   for union  registration  and list  of officers of NIcera  Phils  Inc.  Employees Labor Association  - AMAPO

Greetings!

Thank you for your request received by this Office on 27 April 2023  under 
 Executive Order No. 2  (S 2016)  on Freedom  of Information  in the  Executive 
 Branch.

You asked  for a copy  of the  Certification  of Creation  of Local/Chapter  issued to Nicera  Phils Inc  Employees  Labor Association  - AMAPO   with   Certificate 
 No. AMAPO - 02  - RO3-02-13-2023  issued  on 13 February 2023 and a certified 
 true copy of which is hereto attached for your reference. You also asked 
 if there is a  pending petition for certification election  covering  employees 
 of Nicera  Phils  Inc. that was received  by this  Office and we would like 
 to inform you that as of date, there is none.

As to your  request for the list  of officers and members  of  Nicera Phils. Inc. Employees Labor Association - AMAPO, the same is denied given  that upon 
 further  evaluation  of your request, the information  you identified is among the exceptions listed  in Annex A  and/or the Inventory  of Exceptions to Executive  Order No. 2  (S. 2016) and are deemed  confidential under Department  Order No.  103-10  Series of 2010.

If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may make an appeal by writing to [email protected].. Your appeal should explain why 
 you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15  calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete
