A pleasant day! I am a 3rd-year student from Philippine State College of Aeronautics and I am currently conducting a thesis entitled "Analysis of Crew Errors in Operational Communication from the Human System Integration (HSI) Perspective". I am writing this e-mail to your good office as I am requesting the total number of Pilots, Tower Controllers, and Flight Dispatchers that are working for your organization, specifically from Terminal one to four. The data that will be given will be used solely for my research study with proper referencing. Hoping for a quick response, thank you.
