The Association of Negros Oriental Debaters will be hosting the first ever virtual Negros Oriental Extemporaneous Speaking Contest. This event aims to enhance the talents and skills of the brilliant young minds in our country wherein the participants will be given the platform to showcase the importance of critical thinking and public speaking.
As students adapt to the new set up of learning, this event is an additional educational source for other students. The event will be livestreamed on our official Facebook page for a wider reach of our advocacy. Further, viewers will learn how to analyze topics in a given span of time and give ideas that are relevant and important to the discussion. .
In line with this, we would like to request the list of high schools in Negros Oriental in order for the feasibility study of our project and also for the purpose of inclusivity and no school being left behind. We would use this list to send our official invite to their principals and as to encourage more participation from schools within the division.
