Good day!

I would like to request for the feasibility study of the NCICP. I had earlier been referred by your office to the Philippine Ports Authority, however upon filing requests to the PPA & Cebu Port Authority, I was eventually redirected back to your office for approval of this request.

I am hoping for the kind consideration of your good office in this matter.
