I refer to my letter of Sep 26, 2019 07:20:47 PM about your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for Request for the Data on the proposed PNR project in Clark, Pampanga.
Per memorandum released by our Legal Affairs Office last 24 August 2018, any person who request information or documents in DOTr via the eFOI portal should "reasonably describe the information requested, and the reason for, or purpose of, the request for information." This also in accordance to E.O No. 2, s. 2016.

As part of my requirements in the subject Architectural Design 9 (Thesis Writing), I am tasked to propose three (3) titles for thesis presentations and one of my proposal is entitled “A Proposed Sustainable Development of North Train Terminal Station”. In line with this, I, Mikaela E. Del Mundo, a 5th year architecture student from Adamson University would like to conduct research in your area in order to acquire additional supporting information and documents.
