The LTO has data on registered motor vehicles which may be found at the website lto.gov.ph ( http://www.lto.gov.ph/transparency-seal/annual-reports.html) However, you may wish to contact various automotive manufacturers and dealers for statistics on vehicle sales, or resubmit your request addressed to the correct agency on the eFOI portal at https://www.foi.gov.ph/requests?agency=DTI.
