Dear Sir/Madam, I am writing to request a copy of the following documents related to PCCP Project - Detailed Unit Price Analysis (DUPA) - S-Curve - Program of Works (POW) I need these documents as reference to join bidding works for PCCP project in Davao City. I would appreciate it if you could provide me with the requested documents as soon as possible. If there are any fees associated with this request, please inform me in advance. November 6, 2023 Dear john philip ocapan, This refers to your request under Executive Order No. 2 (s. 2016) on Freedom of Information in the Executive Branch, for request for sample POW, DUPA, S-Curve for PCCP Projects in Davao City. Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor, and a copy of your company/school identification card. Please specify the information/data needed and the purpose of your request. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold. If we do not receive a reply on or before Jan 29, 2024 03:48:49 AM, your request will be closed.
