Good day! I am Aileen M. Somera, a student from National University. I would like to request for a sample of Work Schedule that shows the man-hours and number of workers to complete the construction of a Roundabout Intersection or any document that will show the duration of construction. October 3, 2022 Dear Aileen Somera, Kindly provide us a copy of a formal letter addressed to the undersigned, Mr. Andro V. Santiago, DPWH-FOI Officer, ([email protected] cc: [email protected]) with your company/school logo as its letterhead, duly signed by you and your supervisor/professor and a copy of your company/school identification card. Kindly indicate the specific purpose of the request. We will proceed once above-mentioned requirements are provided. During the period of us awaiting your reply, your request will be put on hold.
