Good day!:) Per RA 10070, the PDAO Office can receive local and international funding for PWD projects. On a personal initiative, I received a microgrant from an international group to implement a project. I haven't received the funds yet. It's still being processed. However, I am afraid to get it coursed through our local MSWD, because they have so many COA violations in receiving donations (our office is still under them). I don't want the funds to be mismanaged.:( Can we request for comprehensive rules on PDAO receiving donation and other LGU Rules of Office Budgeting? Thanks.:)
