Good day!:) Per RA 10070, the PDAO Office can receive local and international funding for PWD projects. On a personal initiative, I received a microgrant from an international group to implement a project. I haven't received the funds yet. It's still being processed. Since I am new and I want to make sure we are COA compliant, can we request for comprehensive rules on PDAO receiving donation and other LGU Rules of Office Budgeting? Thanks.:)
