I would like to request raw data (road accident data recorded in the Philippines) in the DRIVER system being implemented by the PNP Highway patrol group. (is it possible to access all the RAW data Recorded list in this link ... https://roadsafety.gov.ph/#!/login
i.e Date and time of accident, longitude and latitude, cause of accident, severity level, number of deaths, cause, reporting agency, collision type and other details.

I am currently working on my dissertation which aims to apply Machine Learning and Prediction Algorithm for road safety in the Philippines.
