I am formally requesting for a refund of my double payment during my online booking / process of my Police Clearance today Jan 6, 2023: 1st Payment: online BPI eGov Ref#: dae63171-c143-41bc-9 167.00 (during the payment the system / website says something error, therefore I proceed to make another payment) 2nd Payment: online BPI eGov Ref#: ec8cbbe8-7b1a-4340-9 = Php167.00 Just now, I called the BPI hotline, and the CS Staff says that it was successfully processed, and she cannot revert / refund it. Response to Request we are sorry that we cannot provide the data that you asked for, but I would suggest going to the nearest police station in your area to report such a problem with the online booking of police clearance. Your right to request a review If you are unhappy with this response to your FOI request, you may ask us to carry out an internal review of the response by writing to [email protected]. Your review request should explain why you are dissatisfied with this response and should be made within 15 calendar days from the date when you received this letter. We will complete the review and tell you the result within 30 calendar days from the date when we receive your review request.
